Insurance
If you choose to utilize
insurance benefits,
the first step is to
call your insurance.
You will need to determine
several important facts
from your insurance
regarding your benefits.

the back of your insurance
card or at their website.
Please determine the
following before scheduling
your first appointment:
- Check
to see if the counselor
you want to
see is a provider
with your insurance.
If not,
ask if you have coverage
for out of plan providers.
- Find
out if authorization
is required before
your first session
- Learn
if you have any
deductibles, co-pays
or limitations
to
the number of
sessions your
insurance will
cover
- To
maximize your benefits
and to
avoid unwanted
charges, it
is
important to
tell your counselor
at your first
visit
if you have
used
other mental
health benefits
for your benefit/calendar
year. These
include visits with
other
counselors and/or
psychiatrists.
Other payment options
Any personal payments
are due at the time
of the appointment.
Again, we accept mastercard
and visa for credit
cards. Personal checks
and cash are also
accepted. You will
receive a receipt
