Treatment Options

When the child comes to the Pediatric Anxiety Program for treatment, one can expect that:

  1. A brief telephone screening will help us determine if an evaluation is appropriate.
  2. We will send questionnaires to gather additional information.
  3. After reviewing the returned questionnaire, we will schedule and appointment for an evaluation.
  4. When the evaluation is complete, we will discuss diagnosis and treatment options. Our treatment recommendations may include individual, family, and group counseling as well as medication.
